Hexxagon Terms of Service

1. Introduction
Welcome to Hexxagon. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your relationship with Hexxagon Node Hosting (the “Service”) operated by Hexxagon (“us,” “we,” or “our”). Hexxagon is a blockchain node hosting, staking, and monitoring platform. By accessing or using the Service, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the Hexxagon Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who register for or otherwise access or use the Service (“You,” “User,” “Users”). Certain services may have additional terms, which you agree to by using those services.
Hexxagon is not a cryptocurrency exchange. We do not endorse or recommend any digital asset, transaction, or investment strategy. You acknowledge that all transaction decisions are made solely by you, and Hexxagon bears no responsibility or liability for the outcome of your decisions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Use of Service
A. Member Conduct
By registering for the Service, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Registration data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Users under 18 years of age are strictly prohibited from using the Service. You may only use the Service if you comply with all applicable laws and these Terms. Users previously removed from the Service by Hexxagon are not permitted to re-register.
You agree to use the Service solely for its intended purposes and not for any illegal or fraudulent activity.
B. Service Rules
Users agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload or distribute content that infringes intellectual property rights.
- Upload software viruses or malicious code.
- Post unsolicited advertisements, spam, or chain letters.
- Engage in unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or obscene activity.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
- Collect data from other users without permission.
- Interfere with the Service’s functionality or security features.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Service or its data.
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or similar tools without permission.
C. Hexxagon Service
The Service allows users to host and monitor blockchain nodes and stake digital assets via Hexxagon’s Galaxy Station platform. Payments for services are accepted in cryptocurrencies supported by our payment provider, as well as by credit card, PayPal, WeChat Pay, and Alipay. Hexxagon reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.
D. Validator Account
Your Validator Account is represented by a unique wallet address. Securing the wallet and backing up the seed phrase is solely your responsibility. Hexxagon cannot assist in seed phrase recovery. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your validator setup information. Unauthorized use of your Validator Account must be reported immediately.
3. Privacy
By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Hexxagon may transfer data across jurisdictions as necessary.
4. Links to Third-Party Websites
The Service may contain links to third-party websites. Hexxagon is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites. Users should review third-party terms before engaging with external services.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Hexxagon owns all intellectual property rights in the Service. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of Hexxagon content is prohibited. Users may submit feedback, which Hexxagon can use without compensation.
6. Service Fees
Hexxagon charges a monthly service fee for continued access to its Services. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that all payments are made on time. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination. All fees are non-refundable.
Definition of “Monthly”
For billing purposes, a monthly interval is defined as one calendar month:
- Some months contain 30 days (e.g., April, June, September, November).
- Others contain 31 days, and February contains 28 or 29 days depending on the year.
If a subscription is created on the 15th of February, the next payment will be charged on the 15th of March. If a billing interval is set to occur every two months and begins on February 15th, the following charge will occur on April 15th. All billing intervals and timestamps follow UTC time.
7. User Fees
A. Automatic Credit Card Payments
Hexxagon offers the option to securely store your credit card information for automatic monthly payments. This ensures uninterrupted service and prevents downtime caused by missed or delayed payments.
Customers can manage their payment methods, view balances, and enable or disable recurring billing at any time through the Billing section of their account dashboard. When automatic payments are enabled, charges will occur on the due date of each billing cycle. If your balance becomes negative, a charge may be processed immediately to restore your account to good standing.
All automatic payments are considered final and non-refundable once processed. Hexxagon will send notification emails prior to upcoming charges or if a payment attempt fails.
B. Cancellation and Refunds
Due to the digital and automated nature of our Services, all payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your Service with Hexxagon at any time, provided that all outstanding amounts on your account are paid in full. If you cancel while maintaining a positive balance, the unused portion of that balance will be forfeited. Services can be reactivated at any time by resubscribing or adding a new payment method.
8. Suspension and Termination
Hexxagon may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any reason, including violations of these Terms. Users are responsible for their actions on the Service. Hexxagon reserves the right to take legal action in cases of fraud or illegal activity.
9. Disputes Between Users
Users are solely responsible for resolving disputes with other users. Hexxagon is not liable for any conflicts arising between users but reserves the right to intervene at its discretion.
10. Indemnity and Release
Users agree to indemnify and hold Hexxagon harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the Service.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Hexxagon does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service operation.
12. Limitation of Liability
Hexxagon is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. Liability is limited to the amount paid to Hexxagon.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Users agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of Canadian courts.
14. General Provisions
A. Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between users and Hexxagon. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining Terms remain in effect.
B. Notifications
Hexxagon may notify users via email or website updates. Users must periodically review the Terms for changes.
